Family Business - The way ahead

Prof. Nigel Nicholson (Head of family business studies at the London Business School) will present a paper on leadership and governance issues faced by family businesses as they seek to metamorphose into a more professionally run organisation. An expert panel consisting of, amongst others, Ranjit Pandit (McKinsey & Company Inc) and Vallabh Bhansali (Eman Group) will then engage in an interactive session with the audience and discuss the application of concepts propounded by Nigel in the Indian context, keeping in mind the sensitivities surrounding joint families in India and pit falls of the Indian legal and regulatory environment.
